The Big Ben, Eiffel Tower and the Collosseum on fire!

I saw a link to a Chinese promotion of the Euro 2012 and there was a comment saying "what a silly animation". Well... I thought in the beginning, that the most silly about it are the Chinese players participating in the Euro. I was WRONG!
Are they planning a war or something? WTF?
